About Athletic Peak Physical Therapy
Athletic Peak Physical Therapy was established in 2021 by owner and physiotherapist Cory Birk. It is a private orthopedic physical therapy clinic located inside of Between the Lines Sports Campus in Listowel, Ontario. Athletic Peak Physical Therapy provides high quality and personalized physiotherapy services for all individuals regardless of age or activity level. Athletic Peak Physical Therapy is proud to serve the North Perth and surrounding communities for all their physical therapy needs.

With a strong interest in treating sports related injuries, Cory Birk graduated from The University of Toronto Master’s of Science in Physical Therapy program. He also completed his Honours Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology and Certificate in Athletic Therapy from York University. He is a Registered Physiotherapist with the College of Physiotherapists of Ontario and he holds the designation as a Certified Athletic Therapist through the Canadian Athletic Therapists Association.
Cory has been providing physiotherapy in a private practice setting in Listowel since 2007. He was also the team trainer/therapist with the Listowel Cyclones Junior hockey club for 9 seasons. Cory then went on to serve as the Athletic Therapist for the Kitchener Rangers of the Ontario Hockey League, a position he held from 2018 - 2023.
Cory has expertise in treating all types of orthopedic injuries and has a special interest in sports medicine, as well as post surgical rehabilitation. He has completed several continuing education courses in athletic injuries and manual therapy. He also holds a certification in anatomical acupuncture through the Acupuncture Foundation of Canada.
Cory was born and raised in North Perth. He values and relates to the small town atmosphere that our community provides. He prides himself on being a physiotherapist who listens to the unique needs of his clients as well as providing services in a professional and fun environment.
Cory resides in Listowel with his wife and 2 children. To stay active Cory enjoys running and participating in sports such as hockey, baseball and golf. He also enjoys coaching minor hockey and baseball.

Terri graduated with her Master of Science in Physical Therapy degree from the University of Toronto in 2017. She also completed her Honours Bachelor of Medical Sciences with a specialization in Physiology degree from Western University in 2015. Since graduating, Terri has provided physiotherapy services in Listowel. She has a special interest in treating patients with orthopedic injuries, as well as neurological conditions, including stroke and concussion. To ensure high-quality and evidence-based care for her patients, Terri has completed several post-graduate courses in concussion management, manual therapy and anatomical acupuncture.
Terri was raised in Listowel and is proud to continue serving this community. During her free time, Terri enjoys biking, hiking, reading and spending time with her husband and son.
